The short answer- YES! The long answer: yes - because Diverxity is committed to creating a place where you can express yourself freely, make friends, make money, participate in a community where we help each other grow as artists and professionals, AND have fun in the process! PLUS it's ever changing!! I'm sure you notice that some websites/communities just stop "evolving". Since I am one of the folks driving development - I can tell you definitively we're building new stuff every day and you are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. And you (and everyone else) have a voice in what happens, too! We have an open forum for suggestions www.diverxity.com/suggest so you can directly influence what happens. So the short bit of the long answer is - Diverxity is what you make of it! --Lou

Well a lot of fetish/erotic models including myself have paid shoots with photographers that in return means we do not have the rights to our photographs ...Many photographers have their own paid websites where my work is now featured..some of these photographers give me part of the earnings and some you sign away the right to any earnings when they pay you the big bucks up front. I feel that it takes the model to make an true earnings but hey I also say get it any way you can

@lehigh We are very sensitive to everyone's rights and wishes and do as much as we can to respect both. I think we are one of the only sites that will take down a model's work at their request no questions asked. We deliberately designed our legal framework to be focused on artist and talent rights - not Diverxity's! We also try and maintain full transparency - if a model is not active, we make sure that is clear, and we make it easy for them to become active later if they choose. I'm a photographer, Chiva is a model, and we strive constantly to make this the best place possible to "do our thing" as creative individuals. And if you see work posted containing models you know who may not wish their work on DX, please let them know about it so they can decide for themselves. And please please - always feel free to voice concerns. We can't fix things if we don't know they're "broken". :-)

@lehigh I totally agree. Any and all help in getting more talent active on the site is both appreciated and rewarded!

For me, it is let the buyer beware if they sign the doted line and did nor read the contract, then the money they got will be the only thing they will get from those shoot. it is hard to be a good photographer when there is a lot of theme out there that are ready to make a fast buck out of you.

Honestly? If you sign away your photos without reading the agreement, then it's your fault if they get posted somewhere you don't approve of. That's my two cents. I mainly asked because the last time I was here, there was very little traffic. Also, how does one make money here, exactly?

You make money by getting views and you also get a % of any talent and or fans that you bring to the site. I am sure it is explained better somewhere though

Making money... The TL-DR: Subscribers money is split up amongst the content they view and rate and folks they follow. We also are injecting incentive funds to cover viewings by artists and talent- whom can view everything right now. Gory details - http://www.diverxity.com/payoutmodel Important to note - all calculations are for the month prior, so since your content all went live this month, you'll start to see earnings next month. All data is available here: http://www.diverxity.com/analytics/myearningssum

that is why i shot a model last week and it cost me lets say X and i got 5 set out of it the you can divide that by the sets and put an advance to equal the full amount then the model can start making money on the more popular set when the advance on that set is done .

yes, the amount will be payed first then it is sent to the model, that is from the amount of % agreed upon signing the contract.
