We know it's a bit complicated - but we're constantly trying to improve.... Which aspects frustrate you the most? We take everyone's feedback into consideration when prioritizing. Also, please be aware that @chiva is glad to handhold you through the process. We've even just flat out had guys share a dropbox on occasion and we take care of everything to help get them started.
