Okay, when I upload a set and I did not shoot it but that photographer is not on the site, how do I make there no listing for that? I have two sets that I did not shoot showing me as both model and photographer when that is not the case.... and I'm seriously over the sacrastic messages about it.

We will also allow you to post it without the photographer credited, but we prefer giving credit ;-) If you want to submit without photographer, just leave yourself as photographer and type in the box when you submit to "please remove photographer - not self shot" and we'll take care of it for you.

@iseekbeauty that seems like such an obvious answer, I feel a bit slow for not thinking of doing that.

Wait a second. The copyright belongs to the photographer unless it is work for hire. Just as photographer needs a model release, posting photos someone else took requires explicit permission or a signed work for hire agreement. Diverxity is so strict about model identification and releasess. This can rapidly turn into fetlife where a meaningless to assertion is agreed-to for uploading pictures. Possession of photos does not equal right to use those photos much less effectively sell them on diverxity!

Many photographers are fine with models posting their work and don't care to get involved and give them verbal permission to do so. The Diverxity license agreement stipulates you have to have the right to publish the pictures. This is not something we can police/enforce in a pre-emptive fashion however, and of course we execute any DMCA takedown requests immediately. That's the way it works almost everywhere on the internet.

@dhudson - the photographer that took those photos is 100% okay with it, she is my best friend and primarily a family portrait photographer and does not want to be a part of these type sites. Even though, she loves to shoot me to mix it up and keep her from doing the same thing day in day out. Hence, why I was not sure how to post them.
