I have had trouble uploading content as a zip file, but it works fine if you try uploading the files as a group

it's saying my pictures are small ... when i resize the picture bigger , the quality of the pictures were terrible...

I suspect that the photos you are trying to upload are smaller than required for the site. Making them larger will degrade the image since it wasn't the correct dimensions/quality for that.
