You can add photos to your portfolio by hovering over your username in the top right of the screen. It will give you a pull down menu and you select "My portfolio". That should take you to the page where you can add photos. If you want to add content photo sets select "my content" instead and it'll take you to a page with an "add new content" button you can use :)
