Something that might be interesting would be a pregnant fairy theme. Images set in a forest/garden, sun light streaming through the trees and bouncing off all the particles in the forest air. Something magical as you walk through the forest in search of the perfect place to bring life into the world. You could be scantily clad but nothing overtly sexual. Showing your figure of course but it would be more about life and all the possibilities. Could be interesting . ..
